Holiday market, city tours starting in November | Business

Starting next month, you can get all of your holiday shopping down in one stop.

The Oxford Conference Center will host more than 40 vendors for the city’s first ever holiday market.

“We are so excited for shoppers to see the quality and variety of vendors that we have lined up,” said Hayden Hiter, holiday market organizer and the Convention and Visitors Bureau sales manager.

The market, which opens Nov. 13, will feature jewelry, clothes, holiday decorations and more.

In addition to the holiday market, there will be guided tours of the city on Nov. 13 at 11 a.m. and at 1 p.m. For a full list of holiday events, visit the CVB’s website by clicking here.

“There are so many fun things to do in Oxford around Christmas time,” said Mary-Kathryn Millner, director of tourism for the city’s CVB. “We hope people from around the region will plan a weekend get-a-way, or maybe just a day trip to take advantage of the charm and quality of Oxford’s shopping as they prepare for the holidays.”
