Join health care providers from around the Mid-South on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 10 a.m. until 2p.m. as Bloomfield Urban Ministries hosts its 6th annual Community and Wellness Health Fair. The Health Fair will be in the parking lot at 123 South Parkway West, Memphis, TN, 38109. There will be food, fun, fellowship and many free health screenings, including blood pressure checks, cholesterol checks, HIV Aids Testing and more.
