Evening of Christmas fun set for Nov. 30 | Community Spirit

The University of Mississippi Student Programming Board is sponsoring an evening of Christmas fun for the Oxford and Ole Miss communities from 7 to 11 p.m. Wednesday (Nov. 30) in the Ole Miss Student Union.

Featuring treats and holiday activities for all ages, A Grand Ole Christmas is free and open to the public.

“We are excited to host our annual Christmas event again this year,” said Bradley Baker, coordinator of campus programming. “We hope that this event is entertaining for not only Ole Miss students but families in the community as well.”

For Ole Miss students, the event will feature free skating on an ice skating rink in the Student Union Food Court.

Papa John’s will provide free pizza throughout the evening, and free hot chocolate and sugar cookies will also be available. Attendees can have pictures made with Santa in the Food Court.
