Ten reasons to dine at Ravine, 53 CR 321, Oxford, Wednesday, March 30, starting at 6 p.m.
On the last Wednesday of each month, Chef Joel Miller and sommelier Shanna Flaschka stage a pairing of fine wines with special dishes.
"Italian wines will be the theme with some Italian food styles to match," said Greg Belz, Ravine's spokesperson.
Previous pairings include wine/seafood and pig/pinots.
