Cowbells prohibited from Mississippi State game | Sports & Recreation

Mississippi State is in high hopes of winning the Egg Bowl this weekend without a familiar sound.

Earlier this week, Ole Miss sent out a message saying cowbells are strictly prohibited from Saturday's game.

Ole Miss cited the SEC's policy on noisemakers.

The university has even set up a texting service for people to report cowbells.
